Ascott opens Vietnam’s largest serviced residence in Danang
The Citadines Blue Cove Danang is set by the Han River and Thuan Phuoc Bridge in one of the most coastline dynamic city of Vietnam. The 548-unit serviced residence offers a mix of studio, one-bedroom, two-bedroom and three-bedroom apartments. Most of the rooms overlook the picturesque Danang Bay. Vietnam is Ascott’s largest market in Southeast Asia where demand for serviced residences remains high. Currently, the group has 21 properties offering close to 4,700 units across seven cities in the country. Within the next three years, over 2,000 units across nine properties slating to open in Ho Chi Minh City, Hanoi, Danang, Halong City and Binh Duong.
Until 31 August 2018, guests who make a booking at Citadines Blue Cove Danang will get a discount of 25% off rate for stays till 31 December 2018.
