    General Terms


    This website is operated by FantaSea Vietnam Trading & Service Co., Ltd. Please read the Terms and Conditions carefully before using or registering on this website. You must fully agree to these Terms and Conditions if you wish to use the website. If you do not agree with any part of these Terms and Conditions, you will not be able to use this website in any way.

    Please note that this website is intended for global access to its users.

    The information and prices on this website are applicable to users worldwide.

    We reserve the right to refuse access to this website at any time without prior notice.


    Access to this website is conditional upon your agreement that all information contained on the website and all matters arising between you and us will be governed by the laws of Vietnam and that all disputes arising between you and us will be based on the jurisdiction of the courts of Vietnam.


    When using this website, please agree that:

    1. You accept financial responsibility for all transactions made under your name and account.

    2. To have legal capacity, you must be 18 years of age or older.

    3. You warrant that any information you provide about yourself and about anyone else is completely accurate.

    4. This website must not be used to perform false or fraudulent registration acts.

    5. Any distribution of threatening, defamatory, obscene, political or racist material or any other illegal or provocative material is strictly prohibited through this website.

    6. You may not modify, copy, transmit, distribute, sell, disseminate, or license this website and any portion of its content in any way except to the extent that you reproduce information from this website is for your personal and non-commercial use.  


    When making registrations through our website, you are making a direct (legally binding) contractual relationship with us. Conditions of subscription include limitations and exclusions of liability, and cancellation and amendment fees payable if the subscription is canceled or amended after it has been confirmed. We recommend that you carefully read the applicable registration conditions when making your registration.


    + The information about booking, service combo, packaged tour confirmed by our Consultants will guarantee the departure date. However, in some cases of force majeure, the departure schedule is subject to change from time to time and does not form part of the guarantee.

    + The company's website is the only source from which the company will guarantee departure. A time of departure is guaranteed only if the customer has confirmed the booking according to that departure time (registration must include a minimum of a deposit paid to be considered “confirmed”). This guarantee will still depends on force majeure circumstances.


    Fantasea is not responsible to customers for changes or cancellations due to objective and subjective reasons such as earthquakes, volcanoes, wind storms, wars, strikes, protests, terrorism, political disturbances, diseases… The solution or compensation (if any) will depend on the relevant service providers.


    You must bring a valid passport to enter, depart and travel through each destination in the foreign tour itineraries (passport must be valid for 6 months or more from the date of return). For domestic programs, customers must present ID card, citizen identification, notarized copy of birth certificate (for children under 14 years old) or valid passport for check-in procedures at the airports and the hotels.


    + All tour prices are quoted in Vietnam Dong (VND). Payments in other foreign currencies will be converted to Vietnam Dong (VND) at the prevailing exchange rate.

    + The information and prices on this website are not 'live' and are updated from time to time. Every effort is made to ensure the accuracy of information and prices, but unfortunately errors sometimes occur. In the event of an incorrect price due to a system error, we are not bound by that price.


    All tours or services must be pre-paid and subject to the payment due date as stated in each service confirmation unless otherwise stated.

    We reserve the right to require the customer to pay in accordance with the service confirmation that we have sent via email or any other means of transaction. If the customer is overdue for payment without a written agreement between the two parties, FantaSea Travel has the right to cancel the service and apply the cancellation penalty policy as the communicated written documents.


    + Customers who require a VAT invoice, please notify the travel consultant before making the payment, and transfer money from the invoice recipient's own account to FantaSea's account. At the same time, customers please provide the travel consultant with the invoice information by email. If a customer transfers from a personal account, we will not issue an invoice under another company/organization's name.

    + Invoice cannot be issued in case the customer provides information later than the above time limit.

    + Customers please notify the consultant if the invoice receiving address is different from the address stated on the invoice. In case the customer does not notify, FantaSea will send it to the address indicated on the invoice and will not be responsible in case of lost invoice.

    + FantaSea has the right to refuse to issue invoices to the company if the signed and stamped contract/addendum/liquidation has not been received from the customer. In this case, we will issue an invoice in the name of a normal retail customer and are not responsible for the accounting part from the customer.


    After payment, FantaSea will send confirmation via email, fax or any means of communication. This form must be printed as proof of purchase, and will be presented to the Service Provider. All visitor information needs to be provided correctly at the time of registration. Any modification/additional requests need to be emailed to FantaSea. We are not responsible for any problems that may occur if you do not receive or read your confirmation carefully. In case you have not received your voucher, you need to notify FantaSea at least 72 hours before departure date.


    Cancellation of all services by tour participants must be sent and received in writing: email or fax. FantaSea does not accept cancellation requests by phone.

    FantaSea is not responsible for any unreceived and unconfirmed cancellation requests to you. In this case, a service or tour cancellation fee will apply.


    If a customer has a complaint to FantaSea, the customer must first notify the team leader as soon as possible so that the problem can be rectified. If unsatisfied, customers can contact a FantaSea (sales) representative during the tour to fix the problem soonest. If still not satisfied through those channels during the trip, customers need to send all complaints directly to FantaSea. The company will not accept any responsibility for complaints received after 30 days from the end of the trip.


    Tours/tour packages/products traded with promotional codes are non-cancellable and non-refundable. All conditions of refund/cancellation are notified to you by the consultant at the time of booking.
