Radisson Blu brings beachfront style to Hoi An, Vietnam’s Central Coast
Radisson Hotel Group has announced the signing of a stylish, design-led beachfront property close to Hoi An, the heritage port town on Vietnam’s central coast. Scheduled to open in 2021, Radisson Blu Hoi An will be nestled directly on the soft sands of Hà My Beach, just 8km from Hoi An’s UNESCO World Heritage-listed town center and 30 minutes’ drive from Danang International Airport. Infused with tropical touches, this elegant low-rise property will flow around a series of reflective pools, with wooden walkways and landscaped gardens.
Comprising 734 rooms, suites and villas, this will become the largest property in the company’s Asia Pacific portfolio. Guests will be able to soak up the seafront ambience with extensive facilities, including a water sports and recreation center, several swimming pools, a spa, fitness center, kids’ club and rooftop garden. Radisson Blu Hoi An will also offer a choice of three restaurants serving authentic local and international cuisine, plus a lobby lounge and pool bar.
The property will become a new hub for destination weddings and events, with a bright ballroom, state-of-the-art meeting facilities and the private beach for alfresco occasions. Every stay will be underpinned by Radisson Blu’s signature “Yes I Can” service philosophy, creating meaningful and memorable guest experiences.
“Vietnam’s central coast is fast becoming one of Asia’s most desirable destinations, and Hoi An offers visitors the perfect blend of cultural charm and beachfront bliss. Radisson Blu Hoi An will complement this area’s outstanding natural beauty with its eco-friendly design, which appears woven into the landscape. Radisson Blu’s signature intuitive service will ensure that guests can unwind in peace and serenity, whilst enjoying everything this captivating region has to offer,” commented Katerina Giannouka, President, Asia Pacific, Radisson Hotel Group.
Developed by Indochina Hoi An Beach Villas Company Limited, a subsidiary of the Bamboo Capital Group, and designed by BAKH Architecture, Radisson Blu Hoi An will embrace eco-friendly features such as solar panels, rainwater harvesting systems, recycling, energy conservation, green walls and more, further enhancing its connection with the environment.
“We are extremely pleased to partner with Radisson Hotel Group for this impressive project under the Radisson Blu brand. They have a proven reputation for providing exceptional service as a global hospitality company that exceeds guests’ expectations. Therefore, we are very enthusiastic about this new venture, as part of our company’s ongoing expansion in the real estate sector,” said Nguyen Ho Nam, Chairman, Bamboo Capital Group.
Vietnam is a key focus market for Radisson Hotel Group, and Radisson Blu Hoi An becomes the company’s fourth property in this dynamic South East Asia country, following Radisson Blu Resort Phu Quoc, Radisson Blu Resort Cam Ranh and Radisson Resort Phu Quoc Long Beach.
